In 2004, Craig and Mary decided they wanted to watch their then 1-year-old granddaughter, Lilly, grow-up. So they sold their house in the Twin Cities and settled in a quiet country home between Rothsay and Fergus Falls. Craig is a master plumber with over 25 years of experience in Minnesota. Through the years, Craig has had countless opportunities to expand his business and hire other plumbers.

Craig is a master plumber who did all of the plumbing work and more at Cascade Street Station. This was a ground up restoration which required a lot of creative problem solving to adapt modern up-to-code technology to a 1920’s building. We felt that he was truly concerned about our project and the owners. The work he did for us was impeccable!

He did a job for us, which caused a new leak from the toilet. When we called to follow up and ask him to right his error, he had a terrible attitude, refused to come correct it, and used profane language in the process.
Jeff is not a professional, he has no understanding of providing customer service, and unfortunately, he clearly takes no pride in his work being done well.
