Ivan Mercado came to our home to measure out closet doors. The doors needed would be for two bedroom closets and one hall linen closet specialty doors 8 feet tall. The doors were not measured totally correctly which would pose a problem down the road. After paying for the doors up front, as they would not even consider ordering them until payment was received, we waited. Paid for, in full, April 1, 2021. It is now June 18, 2021. The first doors were delivered May 13, 2021, but were cut out instead of solid for closets. They were returned. I received a phone call from Joe, an administrator
