Evolution Construction Services is dedicated to providing high quality work in the areas of Deferred Maintenance, Capital Improvements, and Tenant Improvements to meet each of our clients' needs. We take pride in working with each client beginning with planning and scope development through the final completion of every project.
Evolution Construction Services will perform interior design updates made to commercial or industrial properties by its owner to accommodate the needs of new or existing tenants. This includes the installation of: flooring, wall coverings, ceilings, HVAC, fire protection and security. Our goal is always to provide a newly remodeled, functional space that is move-in ready for your tenant.

Chad, Brad, Cliff and Anthony are very professional and have excellent customer service with HOA management and with our Homeowners. I have been in the HOA industry for over 8 years and was very impressed when each day I walked the property, I saw the crew being managed professionally and they kept the job site well maintained. Evolution Construction Services is in the process of large stucco wall and wrought iron fencing repair and painting project for us. They are doing an excellent job. Cliff does not pay his subcontractors. My boyfriend was hired to complete a cabinet install. It was completed back in June and we have been waiting on payment since. I have called Cliff and his wife (whom Cliff told me to contact regarding payment) repeatedly and was given the runaround. He told me that he thought his wife had already sent payment, and he would check with her. They have ignored numerous calls and texts since this conversation, so I called Anthony, the owner, a few days ago (it is now Sept 11th) and left a vm. I am an independent painter and I was hired to paint a building located at 8170 N 86th Pl, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 representing them, hired by Jesus, a collaborator close to the owner of this franchise. who for no reason refused to pay a part of what we had established, the work was completed complying with the requested standards and the clients were very satisfied. These guys are disloyal, don't trust them!
