From the start these guys went over the quality of the wood that they use, as compared to what you get at the local hardware store and that a less knowledgeable contractor might use. They explained the benefits of their construction methods, walked the property with us and provided suggestions on design, and detailed a warranty that was way better than other contractors we spoke with. Given the wild fluctuations in prices in the last year or two, they were patient with us, giving updates periodically on material prices so that we could pull the trigger when we were ready. We called L.F.O. for our wood fence estimate due to great reviews online. Also, it's a family and veteran owned company which makes their service and approach more personal. Mr. Richard, the owner came on time as scheduled for an estimate ang gave us a fairly reasonable price. Sean, the owner's son came with his crew on day of installation and supervised everything making sure there will be no problem with the project. You can tell that they are very knowledgeable in this business and does it with a passion. They are so efficient and finished our fence in just a few hours and left

Richard, Sean's father, originally came out and did a quote for me. He took a lot of time and really explained what we would need and why. I had a few other quotes from other companies, most of which were very quick, one of which didn't even bother coming out, they just asked me to send them the survey and emailed me a quote based off that.
Richard's in-depth approach made me feel much more comfortable that the price wouldn't increase because of some unforeseen issue. He also explained why the quality of the wood was important and the issues you run into by using timber that hasn't been aged properly

I had an excellent experience working with LFO. I am adopting a dog and wanted to close in my back yard with a wooden fence. I was also looking to make the sloped path next to my house safer with some timber steps. As a family business, Richard and Sean were responsive, prompt, flexible, professional, innovative, and answered all my questions! Lotsa Fence was the third fence builder I contacted after two lackluster experiences with DJ Fence and Carter Fence. Communication with those other two was like pulling teeth. I am not a fence builder, so when I call one, I expect some guidance regarding technical specs and design ideas.

A landscaper's backhoe damaged several boards and beams. My wife contacted Sean at LFO, and he sent out a crew to fix it the very same day! They were super diligent, fixing damage we had overlooked, and even fine-tuned the gate. LFO did it all for the agreed upon price. I was already a fan from the installation three years ago, but this was confirmation that you cannot do better than LFO. I wish all tradesmen and contractors were as pleasant and exacting.

Richard and his son run a great service. Richard is clear about pricing and options. He had the best prices out of 4 companies we received quotes from and the product he installed is quality! He even graded my gate (something other companies said cost more) so my whole fence bottom sits nice and even. His son and a crew did our installation. They were friendly, on time, fast and efficient. The finished fence looks beautiful! I can't recommend LOF options enough.

LFO could not have been more helpful or courteous. LFO helped me save more than $200 on a boundary survey. And when it turned out my neighbor had built part of is fence on my lot and was reluctant to acknowledge the problem, LFO was the shoulder i leaned on. Suddenly my neighbor problem cleared up. LFO was able to accommodate our exacting customizations and special requirements. Then, the crew executed about as close to perfect as anything I have ever seen. No problems.

This is one of those businesses that deserves six stars. We hired them to replace a driveway gate in our complex. That one was cheap, and showed it. Richard and Sean at Lotsa Fence gave us a reasonable quotation, installed an excellent gate, and have provided superb after-sale service - including free adjustments (even to the latch) and repairs for one year under warranty. Highly recommended!

Richard O'Brien and his team at LFO, Inc. did a great job on my fences at my current house as well as my last house. I highly recommend them. I had many fence estimates and LFO's was lowest, and Richard was the friendliest of all the people I met with from the different companies. Other companies acted like my job was too small, but Richard always treated my needs as important. He is honest, has many fence options, as the name says, and he is a joy to work with.
