Our experience with Exact Flooring was so good the first time that we returned when we again needed flooring. Johnny and his team did a beautiful job of installing vinyl plank flooring in three more rooms. This was a different team than the first, but no matter. The quality of work, professionalism, and courtesy are traits of all who comprise this company. Buy with confidence.

Exact Flooring was great! So happy we found them. Seem to genuinely care about quality of workmanship. We had tile, carpet and wood flooring. They were there when scheduled. All of Eric’s crews were extremely helpful and highly respectful of our home, they listened to our questions patiently and helpful with answers to questions. (Eric, the owner did the wood floor himself!) The workmanship was impeccable! Oh, and by the way, CLEAN UP! Just plain awesome! Jay was so helpful in our plans and choices. On scale of 1 to 10....11.

Exact just replaced all of the carpet in my home with Luxury Vinyl Plank. I am completely satisfied with the product and the excellent installation. Jay in the showroom helped me make a good product decision. I had two different installation crews and both were terrific. I would gladly recommend Exact to anyone in the Bluffton/Okatie area that is looking for a great product at a fair price teamed with professional service.

Outstanding job from beginning to end. We wanted hardwood installed in our master bedroom and needed it completed quickly. Ordered the wood on Wednesday thru Jay and it was installed on Monday by Eric and Ray. The complete install was done in one day and was absolutely flawless. Great people to work with!

No STARS!!! Horrible experience!! Arrogant Owner. He left the job unsupervised while he was ARUBA for two weeks! Unbelievable! The floor was never level which was instructed and discussed with plywood that was paid for and dumped and left in my yard.
I hired Specialty flooring at an extra cost to clean up his unprofessional mess! I hired a flooring inspector from Columbia, SC his report outlined his unprofessional workmanship as well as local the building inspector, both are in agreement he does not know what he or his worker's are doing. Proceeding with ligation.
My advise, stay away!

I am very pleased with the guys from Exact Flooring. I used them twice: the first time, back in February, for installing about 1200 sq. ft. of hardwood, and the second time, just this week, for installing tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Both times, they did an excellent job. They are ultimate pros, and I can honestly say that all the nice things said by the other reviewers are true. Highly recommend them.

We received at least 3 recommendations from Sun City residents who used Exact Flooring for their hardwood flooring contractor. We are so glad we used Exact Flooring. Our new Alta Vista Balboa flooring is absolutely gorgeous. We are totally pleased with the both the quality of the hardwood and the quality of the installers.
