As a company that designs & installs all types of custom shower enclosures, we service the same area as Palermo Tile's work. Being the owner of Absolute Shower Doors, I do all of our measurements for both locations. I frequently find myself in bathrooms that have been renovated by Palermo Tile. Not only am I always impressed by the workmanship of this contractor but being all we do is shower enclosures, we are usually the last trade to come to a job...so I usually hear both rave reviews as well as any gripes customers may have about their entire renovation process. Rick Palermo and his terrific team have just finished the installation of our new ceramic tile kitchen floor, 300+ square feet. Their careful planning and execution have transformed this room. The best part was working with Rick and the tile installers...clear communication, great crisis management (first shipment of tiles were defective and Rick intervened to help sort it out with the supplier), and flawless work.
