I was just calling today (11.18.21) to inquire about scheduling a service call because my garage door wasn't closing. The gentlemen who answered took the time to explain what might be causing it, and we solved it over the phone. He saved me time and money, and chose to forgo a service call that would have given him business. I am so impressed by his professionalism and decency. I will undoubtedly go back to Allen Door for whatever I need in the future.

Didn't post right after our door was installed but thankfully so. To start, the service that Bill and his team provided from our initial call was fantastic. Over the past decade we have had Allen Doors install our garage door opening system, and handle any and all repair work/service in that time.
Just recently the original spring on our garage door snapped and Allen Doors sent Kevin out that day to do the repair. The service was professional and straight forward, plus Kevin answered any questions we had and clearly explained everything in the repair.

I recently had a few issues with my builder installed garage door opener and decided it should be replaced.
After checking around for a few weeks I was referred to Allen Door in Lansdale.
I called and spoke to Chris and was confident with what he said and his knowledge of the product.
I found the pricing to be very competitive.
I had the opener replaced yesterday and was delighted with the installation.
What a difference.
The installer was extremely professional and neat.
The fact that he cleaned up after himself spoke volumes.
