Al and his son Mike were amazing! They are very polite and respectful people. They listened to our problem. They had to replace the ejector pump (in our downstairs bathroom) that connects to the sink, shower and toilet. They gave us a reasonable estimate and left to go get a new pump. They immediately came right back to the house and fixed it within an hour. They realized our toilet was ruining constant and they made time to replace the insides as well. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Sent a guy in a beat up Buick Rendezvous to repair my plumbing, unannounced, without calling me or scheduling anything, days after I initially called them. Guy shows up, busts open the ceiling in my apartment and leaves a mess. Turns out the leak was somewhere else. He did find the leak, to which I give him credit. And I offered to make the repairs myself to both the plumbing and sheetrock to save some money. The guy was gone in 45 minutes and I was billed $330 for 1 hour. The guy made no repairs and used no material and I was left with a mess to clean and more work than when I started.
