I'm glad your team acknowledged it, yet I still don't have my vehicle back. I have contacted Nissan consumer affairs, also contacted DMV to open up a investigation due to the lack of attention letting new cars sold off the lot with a check engine light & multiple lights on. Also contacted BBB & the B.A.R (Bureau of Automotive Repair). Also contacted my lawyer to get the ball rolling on this situation because this is unacceptable & taking longer than it should. I have an extended warrantee in my new vehicle. In 2020 Ricky and the staff were amazing. Now in 2021 just a year later I drove in for the THIRD time to get my seat belts replaced because they are unraveling. Was told (for the third time)they are short staffed, its raining and they don't know when they can get to me. I asked if they could give me a lender car and they said no they are all out. I told him that I lived and hour away and it's the third time so if they could try.... He was very UN positive, and just kept saying there was nothing he could do. He was already primed for a fight

I inquired about a 2014 Toyota Camry, received a call and text from Alberto. Alberto did not just inform me that " this vehicle will not last " but also called me and spoke in Spanish also texted me in Spanish. Just because my name is VERY Hispanic doesn't necessary mean I speak or understand Spanish. Hidden Fee and huge markups on all new cars 10-20% markup. This dealership is taking advantage of the market and trying to make short time money and loosing reputation from common people, spread the word.
They won’t offer the buy@home pricing provided online and the Internet Sales Manager or the General manager won’t even reply back to emails if asked why there are markup and why their price is not real pricing as mentioned on the Nissan website.

I've bought 4 cars here and didn't have much knowledge regarding financing and they took full advantage. My 3rd time buying I was tricked into leasing and a year later was given $7000 trade in value for a brand new car I only owned one year with no accidents. This was not the amount agreed upon verbally. The car I leased was brought from another site 200 miles away without my knowledge. They are completely in profession, no receptionist, BDC Dept calls without verify if the person with the appointment in. As well there is no one in the office at all. I brought both my cars to get an oil change and received horrible service from Rudy. He got mad at one of his colleagues and took his anger towards us. he was so rude throughout the whole initial process that I ended up just canceling everything. I’m a long time customer we always come here to do the service maintenance to our cars because my husband feels since we own nissans is best to have them service our cars. And in the pass it always have been great. But this time it was just very disappointing. Next time (if there is a next time) I’ll make sure not to be service by this guy.

I bought my fourth Nissan car last night at Nissan Duarte. Leo provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. He was not pushy and negotiated the best sale price. This is my go-to place to get my car serviced. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy - I was able to set one up online the night prior. The dealership also sends me a reminder email when my oil change is due, which is really helpful. The email came with a coupon - nice!
When I arrived into the service lot, I went inside & Oscar Escobar greeted me right away. It was a busy afternoon, but he held the place down. Thanks for the excellent customer service Oscar! & thanks to the boys in the back (10/20/2021) my oil change did not take longer than expected.

Do not lease or buy your car here! Nissan of Duarte will provide you with **AN UNCLEAR** payout statement for your finalized car purchase. They will not state what is being charged. Their excuses are that they can not break down what is being charged due to their system.

Don't go here. Find another Nissan dealership if you really want a Nissan.
They make all kinds of promises and don't deliver. They also give you incorrect information.
Once you sign that paperwork and finalize your purchase, they won't address any issues or concerns you have so don't even try to call or email anyone. They won't respond.

Answered all my grams questions patiently even after she already went over them with me. Kept a great attitude and communicated well with us and other costumers. Honestly I had higher expectations. I bought a used vehicle from them at the end of 2020 and still have not received my plates. I have made multiple calls and come to find they had the wrong address. I had to take it in my own hands and pay for replacement plates. On top of that I was promised a spare key to be made and with more multiple attempts to contact no one follows through. I wouldn't normally be so petty but they didn't even fill up my tank upon my new purchase! I guess customer satisfaction isn't a top priority.

After months of trying to figure out issue with 2015 Versa we took car back to Fontana Nissan and the service manager Andy made it priority to find out what was wrong with daughters car. She was given rental and kept car until they found issue. Her car is now fixed and engine light went off.
We will now be taking car to Fontana Nissan for any warranty work even though we live in Covina due to service manager. Info we were given was incorrect at Duarte Nissan about using wrong gas in car.

I recently leased a 2021 Nissan Sentra and just received a call that my old vehicle hasn't been paid off. I've had my new car for three weeks and Nissan financial threatened to report the delinquency to the bureau.
Upon contact with the dealership, they informed me that my contract wasn't finalized and I needed to come back in to do it again. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership (all financed with Nissan) and I ALWAYS have an issue. I understand emergencies come up, people get sick, but this is a huge cooperation and they should treat their customers better.

Buyer beware. This dealership will not sell you a car at the advertised price on their website. Today I went to purchase a new 2020 Nissan Versa SV that is advertised on their website for $16,490. At first the sales person told me I'd have to finance through the dealership to get the discount. Then when I sat at the desk and was ready to purchase, I was informed I would have to pay and an additional $2,993 for vehicle add-ons, such as alarm and scratch protection. This made the total price $20,483 -- that's more than the actual sticker price on the car by nearly $1,000!

Awesome Customer Service!!! Mel, Cesar and Ivan great at their jobs. They communicate well with regards to any issues to my car. Service was completed in a timely manner.
Stephanie, Yajaira, and Kimberly at the appointment desk are very friendly and sweet when speaking to them over phone and in person.
All the employees I have encountered at Nissan of Duarte are very polite and attentive. Because of COVID I've been a little nervous about hanging out waiting indoors but the waiting area was very clean when I was there. Restrooms as well. Everyone wearing masks. I felt comfortable.
