Stone Depot

After checking out different places to get my kitchen renovated, I decided on Stone Depot. The owner was super honest and really wanted to save me money so I knew he wouldn't try to take advantage of me.

They came and got the kitchen remodeled. Every time someone comes and looks at my kitchen, they exclaim how beautiful it is.

My bathroom is next, and I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Amazing work! Niko and Alex guided us throughout the whole process and our kitchen came out perfectly.

I agree with other reviews about Stone Depot. We too had a great experience working with Stone Depot/Nick Papas when we were looking for stone countertops for our kitchen. Nick was easy to work with, clearly explained the stone selection/fabrication process, and provided a fair price and excellent quality! His fabricator was great too - its obvious that he takes pride in his work and did an awesome job when installing our counters.

I was shopping for countertops for my kitchen and received a lot of recommendations from my local fb groups and nextdoor. Many recommended Stone Depot. The material and design that I was looking for was very specific. Audrey has gone out of her way helping me looking for the exact one I wanted and fits my budget. Although it didn't work out at the end, I was very impressed by the customer service, dedication and professionalism that Audrey and Alex have provided to us. I would definitely recommend them and come back if I ever had a chance in the future.

Our experience with Stone Depot was perfect. Not only are they excellent at their craft, but they are all excellent people. From the beginning, Nick the owner was patient with us and made thoughtful suggestions when we were going back and forth on design. We had a good experience with Stone Depot when we did kitchen renovations to a property we just acquired. We got both the cabinets and granite from Stone Depot. We shopped around at several places, and received great prices here and good customer service. Nick was great throughout the process, from estimation based on our measurements, to the time when he came out to measure the kitchen for his specifications, measurements after cabinets were hung, to installation of the granite.

I was very pleased with the service they provided me. They gave me a fair quote and they were very patient with all of my questions, I had a ton. They have a beautiful show room and a wide selection of granite. I couldn't be happier with our granite countertops.

I purchased granite from them thinking that because they were a smaller company their prices would be better. This was not true. After making the purchase, their staff was not very responsive to calls and the owner could never be reached. I tried canceling the order and they claimed that the granite had already been cut. When I tried scheduling the installation, they couldn't find or remember my order. When they installed the granite in my bathroom, they left a dent in the drywall. I will never return to this store again.

I'm glad I had reason to visit your website (because I'm referring a friend of mine) and see the only review posted. Contrary to Bill's negative experience, I would like to express my complete satisfaction with my personal experience at Stone Depot. Amir was more than accommodating and went out of his way to drive me up to the warehouse in Maryland one Saturday morning, so I would have my pick of the myriad slabs of granite in the huge warehouse there. Everything from that point went flawlessly, the measuring, the cutting, the installation, the fit, timeliness, everything. I

Our experience was excellent with Stone Depot. We closed on our house on Thursday the measurements were taken on Friday and the install was done 72 hours later. Mario was very helpful and it was worth the money we spent. We are estatic about the end result.

The only negative thing I have to say is that they dont tell you that you may need to repair the undermount of the counter. We have bar tops in our kitchen and it is really ragged underneath from where they took the old stuff off. I thought that came with the package. Oh well. Ill call tomorrow to see if they can come back out.

We sought out a company that would do quality installation of granite counter tops in our home; Stone Depot was recommended. The installation did not go quite as well as we were led to expect. In summary: scheduling was messed up, demensions were incorrect and installation was far from satisfactory. Bottom line - they took back the stone after ruining two slabs and we received a refund (the refund was the best part of the deal).
