Worst customer service and inept technicians around. We had them come out to fix an electronic gate in our driveway. When the tech finished he showed us how good it worked. Since we didn't have a remote control clicker (lost by previous tenets) he told us that for $170 he could change out a part and give us 2 new clickers. We agreed. When he attempted to install the new part, sparks shot out of the unit and he looked at me in disbelief before saying, " I don't know how that happened. I didn't have it connected to power".
