Our business office carpet had some odors that we needed to be dealt with so I made an appointment with ChemDry of Stromsburg. I made a mistake on the date for the carpet cleaning and so I called to see when they would be here and even though, after checking my calendar, the mistake was definitely mine. They came over between jobs and got it done a day early. They were friendly and pleasant and the building smells great. Thanks Guys!

The only company I trust when it comes to carpets, rugs, and upholstery in my vehicles & home. Timely & efficient service from honest and reliable people. Love how quickly everything dries and that I don’t have to worry for kids and pets. Near daily vacuuming of my heaviest trafficked walkways, living areas, and sad couches, seems to be a bit of a wasted effort when they zip around and leave everything infinitely cleaner and brighter than I’m ever able to achieve. We bought a new home and the living-room carpet had a large coffee stain that had been set in for quite some time. Bob was able to remove the stain AND left us a sample bottle of the cleaner. He went above and beyond and even gave us tips on how to keep our new couch clean with a toddler running around in the house. Great service!

We had red dye from wet paper napkin stain our carpet. We called Bob, in the evening, asking what we could do, if anything. He came right over and removed the stain yet that night! Appreciate this company and their customer service!

I highly recommend this company! They came and did our assisted living(memory care) and did a great job. Not only are they kind and friendly, they were on time and the carpets look great. They even cleaned up a mess made while they were on site that was not part of our arrangement, they were not even the slightest upset about it! Did I mention they had to travel to us. This made for a late night for these guys. We will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!
