Sheila and Jim were very pleasant and professional. Dottie was not interested in pleasing the customer. She answered Sheila's/my questions from the back room. When Dottie did come to the showroom she proved that she prefers to question and argue with customers over simple things than pleasing them. Also, because they only have one person available to install flooring, it takes many weeks to have a carpet intalled. Went elsewhere.

Excellent, thorough, Fair. Jim at Catskill flooring installed my laminate flooring after an inept attempt by another technician who said it was too thick failed! It has been 2 months now and the planks have not budged , moved cracked or swelled ,some of the problems associated with this flooring. I highly recommend Jim at Catskill floors and will use him again for any flooring needs
