At Cascade Carpet Cleaning our goal is to not only clean your carpets to look their best but also ensure the healthiest environment for your family.

Carpet protectant is highly recommend to help prolong the appearance and maintain your carpet against accidents and re soiling in between cleanings!
A: We usually recommend that all small easily movable items be cleared away from the carpets. For example, any plants, lamps, end tables, knick-knacks, or any breakables off of any furniture you want us to move. We normally clean all the traffic areas( open areas) in the bedrooms, but we'd be happy to move any items ( within reason) in the Living room, Dinning room or family room.

I highly recommend Cascade. I called them to clean a rug and carpets that had cat urine stains. Shane was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He provided a great deal of info and was very direct about the potential of making the situation worst, depending on the severity of the urine. I took the chance and had the cleaning done. I am SO HAPPY I did! Shane and his son did a fantastic job! The service was great, with very reasonable rates. Cascade is now my go-to carpet cleaning service!

Shane Went over all the chemistry and explained how the process worked. He covered every sqaure centimeter of carpet. We had white carpet which looked relatively clean but after he was done there was dramatic improvement. I could tell he was very empathetic and was acutely aware of how I felt he was doing. He really went above and beyond. I feel like I should have payed more than I did. Extremely professional.

I appreciate Shane’s integrity and that he doesn’t try to “sell” you on whatever is going to make him the most money, but instead takes time to answer questions honestly to help decide the service that will actually be most beneficial to you. I have spoken to him another time on the phone when I just needed expert advice about how to get a stain out of my couch, and he took time to answer my questions so that I could do it myself! Also, great product, our carpets and couches look great and smell great! Very professional, responds promptly to inquiries. Highly recommend!
