By designing and building the project Proctor Mechanical has a better idea of what the project entails which helps them to create an accurate schedule and cut costs, keeping the project on time and on budget.
Proctor Mechanical Corporation (PMC) is happy to report its sheet metal division is growing by leaps and bounds. PMC is riding on a wave of modern technology that allows accuracy, complexity and volume during production. We are proud to boast of our 40,000 square foot facility that has the ability to house a streamline sheet metal shop utilizing the very latest equipment.

Proctor Mechanical provided the plumbing portion of this assisted living project. This consisted of sanitary, greasy waste, storm water, domestic water, and natural gas systems. The building consists of 96 private quarters, each with a private bathroom, throughout three wings surrounding one central core common area.
