Cabinets feature CARB2 compliant all-plywood construction, with Soft Close doors and full-extension Soft Close dovetail drawers. All cabinets are built to order and ship directly to the home or jobsite.

Ordered cabinets from Lowe's made by ideal cabinetry. Original expected delivery date was November 16. It was then pushed back to December 16, then January 10, then January 17, and now sometime in February getting strung along all the way with excuses that didn't match the reality. We were assured multiple times that they had the product on hand and were just waiting to ship and was finally now after two months given the actual truth that they don't even have the materials to build the cabinets. Do not order from them, extremely unprofessional.

I decided to go with Ideal-cabinetry for my kitchen cabinet renovation. Their Mystic blue/ polar white cabinet’s combo is what really got my attention to go with their product. Reason for the one start is due to the following:
1. Time supposedly 10 days or less, the cabinets took 3-4 weeks to be done.
2. Total of 4 cabinets are complete wreck, poor paint quality, chipped paint, cracked frames, uneven siding, even some have almost an inch difference between each others.
3. Missing all the necessary fillers, touch up kits
4. The Nantucket white polar are all complete different shades, from

Unfortunately I would love to leave a good review for this company however I ordered my cabinets back on February 5 with a lead time of 8 days. So I should have had my cabinets back in February. I'm sitting here on March 19th and still no cabinets.
I have contact with the company and my cabinets have made it to Michigan but the delivery company they use is atrocious. They called me Thursday the 18th to confirm my delivery for Friday the 19th (Today) they gave me a 4 hour window and everything. Only to call me this morning telling me they didnt have all of my items and they had to send them

This is the worst Company by far I have ever dealt with. Order 17 cabinets from them from Home Depot. 12 showed up damaged. Their Factory rep came out and was all apologetic and said replacements would be out in 2 weeks which I had to install. Replacements arrive in 2 weeks, half of the were damaged to a degree of visible damages, to misaligned drill holes etc. Now I waited a month because of back log to get the other replacements and half of those came in damaged. I now await for the FORTH (4) time for replacements.

Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. Poor quality, lack of communication, and no sympathy for costing us time and thousands of dollars.
Here’s details:
1. Cabinets arrived late.
2. When cabinets arrived they were multiple colors (ones we did not order), not of any quality for price paid.
3. We notified manufacture and waited a week to see how the replacement would be handled. Never received any solid answer and forced to change companies.

Received shipment late. The driver refused to bring cabinets in garage area. They sat outside, luckily it didn't rain. The Estes driver refused to let me inspect product before he left. There were 4 cabinets damaged. Poor packing. Now I'll have to push the installation out until I get replacements. They should of gotten this right the first time.

My wife and I bought 19 cabinets from ideal cabinetry to renovate our kitchen. We received the first delivery everything accounted for but 6 of the cabinets had damage. We emailed them and they sent us our replacements. We thought okay great they’re making it right. We received the replacements two weeks later and upon opening half of the replacements have damage and the replacement pantry cabinet was missing. I don’t know why you wouldn’t check for damage before sending out especially when you know we already had to deal with damaged ones the first go around. It wasn’t from shipping either

My builder ordered my cabinets from Ideal. The cabinets are damaged and the colored part is bubbling up. When I contacted Ideal, they said I am not their customer so they won’t help me, that I need to go to the dealer. I explained my builder is the dealer and I therefore cannot go through him as we no longer have communication and he was fired, they said too bad. They won’t stand behind their product unless you are a dealer, which is quite sad and frustrating. KCD cabinet company has been extremely helpful and understanding, definitely go with them over Ideal if you want amazing customer service

My daughter is attempting to remodel her kitchen but she has been unsuccessful.
She used Home Depots design services. Tbey ordered her cabinets from Ideal Cabinets. She placed the order August 28th and she was told that she would receive her cabinets in 2-5 days. Aparently the cabinets were supposed to ship in 2-5 days. She received part of the order on September 12th.
Home Depot told her that she had to contact Ideal Cabinetry. She called several times and she was told "we will look into it". They requested a list of missing parts and now she is being told that they can't ship
