I’m a new customer. Mike came out and spent a lot of time going over my yard. Mike is very knowledgeable regarding landscaping and he also offered advice and solutions for some other home maintenance issues I have. First of all, Mike and his crew do outstanding work...cutting the grass, trimming, and whatever else is required. But just as important, Mike is always willing and available to communicate with the customer, whether it's about his schedule or to make sure that he is meeting the customer's needs. Mike will also make suggestions about landscaping and other related issues. It's really nice to feel like your lawn service contractor views you as an actual customer rather than just another lawn that needs to be checked off for the month. Plus, his crew is more than just the run of mill kids riding around on lawn mowers, they care about their job and the work that they do.
