Our Construction and Maintenance Services provide general contracting and carpentry services ranging from full scale project management to minor repairs.
Our Landscaping and Ground Maintenance Services provide service to small local branch banks, to residential homes, to new shopping centers, large condominium communities, and medical facilities. Our Snow and Ice Management provides parking lot and sidewalk services ranging from an entire subdivision's roadways to maintaining commercial properties' sidewalks "practically free of snow."

Services
In 1968 the Coughlin family's growing Property Management Company, developed a need for a maintenance division. As the Management Company grew so did the Maintenance division. In 1984 Ted Coughlin took the reigns of the Maintenance division, and has been growing ever since forming Coughlin Service Corp in 1996, with a focus on customer service, tradition and pride.

Coughlin replaced our 80s staircase and did a fabulous job - beautiful craftsmanship! Tommy and his team were punctual, tidy, and very professional. Tommy created the perfect design from pics I shared and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for any general home improvement projects!

Contacted them initially to complete an island design, they took the time and worked with me until all the colors were to my liking and the stone was perfect. very professional, clean and timely. Contacted… Tommy a few years later to complete a backsplash..it looks awesome and my kitchen is now updated to this century. I will definitely be contacting them in the near future to resurface my cabinets! Definite gem of a company!

We contacted Coughlan to design a custom door for our pantry and they delivered! After we simply sent them a picture with what we wanted the door to look like, they were able to custom design the door, hang it,… and custom fit molding for the pantry. It looks fantastic and gives our kitchen the personality we were looking for. We will be using them for future projects!
