I literally called Ricardo on Tuesday and he had my backyard completed within 7 days. Not only was he efficient but he also did an excellent job with high quality materials. I have been trying for the last 5 years to get my backyard completed but either they won't show up or would charge a Ridiculous amount of money. Ricardo is the only one I will be using from now on

We ordered artificial grass from Costco.com which is manufactured by PreGra. I contacted PreGra to see if the offer installation and they referred me to a local contractor Ricardo Candelas. When I contacted Ricardo he came over the next day to help determine how much grass we needed for our project. He was very professional and explained the process for installation. Once I received the delivery date of the grass Ricardo and his team came over to prep the yard. Unfortunately, the grass did not come as scheduled and the shipping company said they could not deliver for another 3 days. Ricardo

We had Ricardo candelas-cortes redo our patio at our Townhouse witch turned out he was HOA Friendly and a awesome guy he came to our house and went step by step with us and told us exactly what HOA was going to want from us plus explained every aspect of what we wanted in our patio and came up with great ideas to make it dog friendly and to make it as we would enjoy it. Once it was a approved him and his team made it happen and the best part was he did it in 2 days. And not one thing went wrong he sent us a picture once it was complete and let us know that we could

Ricardo and his team from R&N Paving & Design just finished installing pavers in my driveway and I couldn't be more pleased. He is very professional, honest, prompt and reliable. I am very pleased with the work and pricing. They were able to complete in a week, that was a plus. Make sure if you have a drain coming off the house that it is placed in a position to not run off on the pavers. My only disappointment is that I did not know that the water from the roof would stain the pavers. There was not a suggestion to adjust the drain situation, I would have made it go unground if suggested. Now it will cost me additional dollars to have done correctly.

I highly recommend Ricardo Candelas and crew. He was introduced to us by a friend for paving the back yard. His estimate, communication and timeliness was so good that we decide to expend the project to further back side of the house and included drive way.
Crew started right on time. I found Mr. Ricardo more like a friend than a project manager. He was there for all the major works and explained everything to us.
At the end, he did more than was he was paid for. He even included sealer which was not part of our contract.

We had R&N Paving & Design redo our front yard with artificial grass, palms trees, stones and rock. Riccardo, the owner is very professional, responsive (always return our calls), and easy to work with. We interviewed three contractors who also did some work for our neighbors, but we selected R&N Paving for their professionalism, expertise and price.
