I called and asked for a job quote for my front yard. They sent out someone who I talked with about the rosebushes and shrubs out front and he asked about backyard I told him we had just mowed it and that it needed the beds trimmed up and edging done. He asked about the tall fluffy trees outback and I said no those we don't have to worry about doing. He said good because the trees would've been costly to do.

I called in Feb for diagnostics and repair. In late March a nice young fellow showed up out of the blue and checked out my system. He said that 3 of my solenoids needed replacing. When I attempted contacting them to schedule the work, I got no response. Eventually I gave up and called someone else, the problem was only a cut wire, not the solenoids. Three months later I got a "past due" bill from Inland. When I called the girl explained that they did not have my email address which delayed the billing on their part. I explained that I didn't feel it was appropriate to bill

I gave them a shot after Spokane ProCare bombed. I love this service. They edge and mow and do what they quote for the price they quote. They show up on time and are fast. Billing is once a month and I pay online. Easy peasy. I couldn't be happier. I've had to contact them twice, once to set up my online account and once about skipping a week and they alway respond promptly. My lawn is really looking good. There's something about a crisp edge too.

I used Inland Lawn Maintenance for over 8 years, until last year. I tried to resolve a situation that was unacceptable (massive weeds and grass in the shrub beds after weed control service), had a very heated and rude phone conversation with the owner and cancelled the service. I sent letters and pictures and ended up paying them over 1/2 of the $600+ service, and then paid over $500 to another lawn company to rectify the situation. I'm still getting bills even though I've sent letters with no reply.
