They made sure to use the best building materials, and Jimmy even pitched in with the crew to help build quality mini storage in Raleigh, NC. Jimmy’s is locally owned and made me feel so welcomed back to Raleigh. They went out of their way to clean my unit ahead of time and made sure I had everything I needed. I even had a delivery show up unannounced and they temporarily stored it for me to make sure it was protected. I can’t say enough about how nice and professional these guys are. Now that I’ve moved into my house and cleared out my storage I might just have to stop by to say hello.

This facility is a classic example of the superior service you receive when dealing with a small family owned business. There was a wide variety of storage options to choose from and the options and costs were easy to find on their website. Setting up my account was quick and easy. The facilities were well kept and the staff were nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this storage company and I will certainly be using them again if the need ever arises.

I moved my family to Raleigh in 2012 and needed a storage unit and found Jimmy's. I have always been treated well and was in the same unit during the entire time. I have had a recent relocation and I just emptied my unit. A lot of memories went in and out of there. Staff was always great especially Ralph Graetz who was always helpful and attentive to my needs. I always felt my unit was safe and secure. If I was still in Raleigh I would still be there.

Great experience. I needed this on the fly and for only a month but the location is great, everyone I dealt with was great and accommodating. The price was the best I could find. I was not a customer long enough to leave 5 stars and gate access is only from 7 a.m. to 8p.m. I would use them again if I needed storage.

Very sweet and helpful. I went in to settle paperwork after reserving a unit online but knew my move-in date would be a Sunday. After getting everything done, he made sure my code worked perfectly and even have me his personal number would a problem come up Sunday during my move-in. Wonderful service!

DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU READ!!!! Absolutely one of the worst customer service storage experiences I've ever had. We rented 2 units for a few months while we sold our house and moved. Everything seemed ok at first but then we started having issues. No one would be in the office at opening time. When the phone was answered the gentleman and/or sometimes older sounding lady had no idea what was going on or how to charge a credit card or change payment. We rented the truck and the same frazzled strange man helped us. He would not move the truck out or put it back into the small place where it

Ralph the manager of Jimmy's Mini was great ! The customer service we received was simply the best.... we were moving over a weekend from out of town and he made sure our unit was ready and offered his cell number in case anything did not operate correctly. THis type of customer service simply is hard to find ! I've since rented additional space and have had the same experience. The prices are best in the area as well !!! 10 stars ! :)

This was a GREAT experience for me. The customer service was beyond exceptional. I only used the storage space for a month and they pro-rated out the special they had on the internet since it would not apply to me. They gave me a call when they noticed the lock on my storage unit was missing and I told them I had completely forgotten to contact them when I had vacated since they were closed for the holiday. They said not to worry, and did not charge me for the days I had not been there, despite this being my mistake entirely. The best customer service I have received anywhere lately. I will definitely
