I was there to clear up a recall situation and everything was done in a timely manner and met all my expectations. They also included a video of the inspection of my vehicle after the recall work was done. That video was emailed the same afternoon. That was a first for me, I have never had that service in all the years of dealing with car repairs. Well Done, Thanks

The representative at Wilson Ford, was extremely helpful, nice and professional. They took care of everything I needed. Their pricing was significantly cheaper ( the quality and care is the same ) than any other Ford dealership.

I took my new to me Nissan Altima in to look at some issues. I did research and discovered a transmission cooler could possibly extend the life of my 2012 transmission. They were aware of this aftermarket addition and where very supportive in getting the part in and adding it to my car. Everything is running great. Service was good. Friendly and attentive. I'm glad to have them on my team!
