Services
We manage projects from start to finish. To the extent possible, we like to participate in the design process in order to bring our considerable experience to the table up front. This helps set expectations and establishes a clear process for communication throughout the project. We do not consider a project complete until we can walk away with all expectations met or exceeded.

We hired this team to remove a wall in our kitchen, which of course ended up involving every trade and having more moving parts than you would think. The work was great, and maybe more importantly the project management and communication was excellent which made it very easy to live through the construction. High recommend!

We had Brad Egan and his team do a small bathroom remodel for our single family home in Acton. His team was nothing short of great. Nice, professional, responsive problem solvers all around who seem to genuinely care about doing a great job and making the customer happy. He held true to the estimated quote. We got two other quotes from reputable local contractors and have no regrets going with MEF contracting.

My friend had their Concord upstairs remodel (historic home) recently completed by MEF, including a bathroom, stairwell, and 4 bedrooms (reconfigure layout). The resulting work is stunning, especially the quality of the bathroom tiling and the trim work. I made a point to inquire about the contractor as I'm planning a kitchen remodel, and would absolutely trust them in my home and with a large project.

This is a contracted disinterested in the quality of its work, who appears to have constructed our steam shower in a defective manner. After smashing out the marble walls and bench, the wood support the shower bench was exposed and was rotten. Sitting on a shower bench in a new way to fall in the shower. Also, several plumbers have told us that the liner was installed incorrectly. The shower was leaking into the bedroom below. We have had to tear the out the entire marble steam shower (at huge expense) and have the entire shower rebuilt. It is approximately 12 years old. When we discovered
