I cannot express strongly enough how poor the service was from BC. They were the service provider for the termite traps on the property when we purchased our house, the "owner" Tad seemed like a nice guy so we retained their service. For years we put up with unresponsiveness because I liked him as a person, and looked the other way on unprofessionalism.

Omgg!! Thad just finished exterminating our house this weekend and literally not a rodent in sight! He made an initial visit and put down bait/traps. Guess what? It worked and it killed them all off. If you’re thinking about hiring Thad please do it ASAP. You will not regret it!!

Tad was punctual, highly informative, and extremely friendly. He was great to work with and made everything easy to understand. He took care of two nests for me, hornets and yellow jackets, and broke everything down step-by-step. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, so that I was on board with the procedures and the cost. I’m happy to have found this company and will be using them for any future exterminating needs. I would highly recommended this company to anyone who is looking for an affordable and reliable exterminator!

I had the opportunity to work with Tadd. He was courteous, professional, thorough, and super down to earth. Someone recommended BC Exterminating and now I see why! He explained what he was doing and walked me through everything. Making appointments was extremely convenient--he also arrived in a non-logo'd truck and I couldnt be happier. I dont know if that's standard, but I dont feel like having my neighbors know I'm having "pest problems" so it was nice and discreet. Highly recommended!

Moved into a new house. Young man from this company came, inspected and advised we place a bunch of preventative termite traps around the perimeter. Seemed reasonable, so I signed an annual contract for the company to maintain and check these traps a few times a year - NEVER SAW OR HEARD FROM HIM OR ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN. No response to phone calls. Save your cash for a company who honors its contracts!!

Made a spot with him. He told me he would be available on Wednesday-Thursday on thursday afternoon, I had to call him no response I get a ext message saying he will be in my area on Friday and he will stop by then. Friday rolls around and I don't get a phone call or a exit message. It's now tuesdays the following week. I still haven't heard from him or anyone from the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone

My mom called me with an issue with possible rats, I called Tad, he came over in a professional timely matter, he walked around the whole house from top to bottom, even checked the outside. Then he set up the traps as he figured out how to attack where the rats could get in. He is great and I will refer him to my friends. He called me and gave me the update that the process is working, and is always in contact throughout the process from start to finish.

Please stay away from this place. Tadd is a sweet kid and very knowledgeable however i paid $200 to get rid of bees he was supposed to come back to spray my location a second time but never returned after about a week of calling him, he finally said he would come the following week yet once again never returned. I have left about ten messages and haven't heard anything back. Extremely disappointed. Still awaiting a response.

By far the best service from any exterminating company I have dealt with. I have had break ins from outside small animals into my attic and crawl spaces. Others have tried to prevent but to no avail. Their handy man came in promptly to seal the invaders. They were neat, efficient and extremely personable.This company is highly recommended!
