They showed up the same day we had the damage, and started working immediately. Michael David, and Vernon worked late into the night to start the clean up and the drying out process. They are both hard workers and very courteous.

As with most situations there were plus and minus working with Deep Water. On the plus side was Luke’s consistent effort to get the situation resolved to my satisfaction. Luke and the team’s demeanor was always pleasant and respectful. They were courteous and did a good job with the cleanup. On the minus side was the company policy to require a significant payment upfront before entering the home. The situation was stressful enough as gallons and gallons of sewer were flooding my basement and destroying my home. Having the owner of Deep Water require immediate payment and insist that insurance

Verlon and Mike D came out on Saturday evening and worked for several hours taking care of the water damage in our kitchen area. They came out again this morning to check on everything. I hired Deep Water to provide flood mitigation services after a mainline backup in my basement. Working with this company has been a nightmare.
First, the company neglected to test for asbestos when they tore out our basement. We asked them to test for asbestos, and they claimed it was not necessary. A separate floor contractor from a different company later identified the exposed asbestos materials immediately upon viewing the exposed area of flooring. The leak and mold mitigation crew and office staff are great. My complaint is with the restoration folks. It took 6 weeks to get 10sqft of common hardwood installed and about 20sqft of sheet rook. I had to remind the rebuild representative to schedule repairs as he often forgot to follow up and then would send me some cryptic text or email trying to explain. To end it all, he sent an invoice at 3:30PM with unexplained charges and expected me to call right away and pay. Disappointed with the repair service and would not recommend.

We had a water leak in our upper floor bathroom. Deep Water was very responsive and had people out there right away. Luke Jonas, the lead tech. was the best. Very professional and knew what we needed right away and had his team working to dry out the sub floor and the laundry room. He answered all our questions and guided us through the insurance process with a referral to the reconstruction company. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially Luke Jonas !

This was the worst thing to happen to me but this company really made it easy. The guys did a great job and had to come back a few times. I was not happy about this because I wanted it done in one day but I understand these things take time and for it to be done correctly I had to let them do their jobs and be patient. They really did an excellent job.

Duane and Chris were polite, professional, courteous. Explained everything prior to starting work. Made arrangements for follow up. Didn’t leave a mess. Duane back on Monday, testing for moisture, cleaned up after himself, kept me informed of what he was doing and his findings. Very impressed with Duane and his professionalism, friendliness and concern to be sure I knew exactly what was happening. Made sure to answer all my questions and asked if I had any concerns.

Deep Water’s Trevor and Nathan went above and beyond their job requirements. Communication was excellent. I was always informed as to what was going on. They took care in moving and working around all my furniture and things. They showed up when they said they would be here, and if running late, I received a call. I’m very happy with their job performance, and am confident my basement has been thoroughly prepped for the next level of renovation.
