The Maid to Perfection(R) corporate office is based in St. Cloud, Florida. The company began in 1980 as an unincorporated business under the name Midy Tidy, and incorporated in 1983. In 1990 Midy Tidy merged to form Maid to Perfection(R), and began franchising under that name. The MTP system is comprised of over 275 franchise units in 26 states.
Maid to Perfection(R) offers local homeowners and businesses a variety of high quality cleaning services. Maid to Perfection(R) provides initial thorough cleanings as well as ongoing maintenance cleaning. When your individual maid or 2-person mini-team comes to your home, they are armed with a checklist and a copy of your special priority list, specifying the areas to be cleaned and the proper cleaning supply to be used for each of these tasks.
Your investment in your carpet warrants the best care available. Your system-trained carpet technician, using Maid to Perfection's "Pile-Lift" system, will restore your carpet to its best condition and extend the useful life of the carpet fibers. MTP employees do not use high-pressure sales techniques or try to sell additional items at the time of service.
