Charlie started the company in 1977 and welcomed the addition of his sons, Jon in 2006 and Tom in 2018, into the company. Services
Jon is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelors degree in Construction Engineering. After college, he worked for a large commercial general contractor in Minneapolis, MN, but missed the residential construction atmosphere he grew up around. In 2006, he joined Beatch Construction and has since taken over the majority of estimating while continuing to experience the "hands-on" aspects of the construction industry.
