We have used Gene Services multiple times for our landscaping from updating our sprinkler system to adding retaining wall, walkways and flagstone patio. Gene is excellent at visualizing what options we have and how to accomplish the task. Gene’s experience shows through everything he does. Gene’s crews are some of the nicest and hardest working men. They all do such a wonderful job and are so thorough to make sure each job is done correctly. Gene and his crew did an awesome job of planning and executing the install of our landscaping. I wanted a backyard oasis, and boy did they deliver! After the freeze, they came and cleaned up the disaster left behind, and later replaced the plants that did not come back, which were only a few. I have never had an experience with anyone from Gene's Services where they were anything less than professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Upfront I gave Gene a $10k budget to landscape my back yard. To see his design plan I had to pay $900, applied to cost of install, he said. His proposed install plan was over $20k. I spent the next several months working with him to wittle that plan down to $10k. When he said to me that I was "pushy" I told him I could not work with him. He kept my $900.
