All of our Storage Units have been equipped with Sherwin Williams Solar reflective radiant barrier enamel, providing a cool environment throughout the year. Our facility is gated and contains 25 security cameras throughout the facility. We do not offer 24 hours access but, will make an exception for businesses that requires after hour access.
We will match prices that are equivalent in size, however, our prices are lower than most facilities. We do provide insurance for all units except parking spots. Would not recommend. Low rates on line, but fellow at the desk tried to charge more when I got to the storage facility. Finally got them to agree to the internet rate. They were not very understanding when I cleared my unit after less than two months. Charged me for an additional (third) month's rental. Also no veterans discount for a disabled retiree in an otherwise military friendly city. Again, would not recommend.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly ONLY when it was time setup a "contract" and record a credit card number on the initial visit... HOWEVER - after that, it NEVER happened again. After a vehicle battery went dead from sitting too long in storage, they were no help AT ALL with a jump - although they easily could have been. And once the storage was no longer needed, on the first day of the month, I was told that storage should have been canceled 10 days earlier, "per contract" and that the extra month charge to the card was “tough”.
