With over 100 years of residential building experience on the eastern shore of Maryland and Delaware, our team can help you from concept, to finding the right lot, to building your next home or renovate your existing home. Our homes are built to both local and national standard and more importantly your standards.
This project has consisted of comprehensive land development and infrastructure improvements of approximately 211 acres of raw farmland, upon which we will be constructing approximately 32 commercial buildings over the next several years. This project has included extensive demolition of multiple dwellings and the safe handling and disposal of environmentally sensitive materials.
This project consisted of an addition of 30,000 square feet, plus the addition of 7,000 square feet in mezzanine space. The project included renovation to the existing building, complete conditioning of the entire building, new and old, all while keeping the client 100% operational during the period of construction.
This home originally began construction in the 1800's and has had several additions added on. KRM Construction is lucky to have added the latest addition, along with continued maintenance and up keep of the the original house. We have also constructed and maintained several other buildings on the property.
