A: Ordering the correct size shower/tub door is extremely important for a proper installation. Measuring must be done after the tile or finished wall material has been installed. Check to ensure that your walls are plumb and that your shower base/tub or flat surface shower floor is level. Please refer to our "Finished Wall Dimensions" page for measuring instructions.

Worse customer service ever. I purchased a shower through Amazon but Dreamline is the 3rd party so I had to return for multiple reasons It was delivered beyond late Also it didn't fit in my shower. The hassle of trying to get it shipped back is the worse experience they make you pay for your own return and the shower cost a little over $600 but the return cost $1510.02 and it's not their responsibility to pay for the return. They gave me no guidance and no help when I called I was left on hold and when I finally got ahold of someone they give you the run around and transfer you over until

Ordering a shower door through DreamLine has been the most absolute worst experience! We purchased this shower door on September 7th, 2018. They delivered the shower with two parts completely damaged. Spent 45 minutes on hold to get through to someone to order the replacement parts. When hanging up we were very clear on what parts needed to be replaced. Two weeks later we got the shipment and it's the wrong part. A couple of months ago I had a bathroom totally gutted and remodeled. I purchased a Dreamline shower door to be installed. The model I selected was the Aqua-fold, which is very cool in concept and design. It is a european style frameless glass bifold door that covers about 3/4 of the length of the tub giving your room a clean, sleek, designer look. However after the installation, I found this door did not stay in its place therefore swinging out towards the room and allowing water to puddle on the floor. Customer service was beyond my expectations. I bought Dreamline shower doors online. During installation, I apparently committed the error their paperwork warned you to be extremely careful of & that is to put pressure on the corner of the tempered glass doors. The 2nd was was going up & shattered in our bathroom. I called customer service & they were actually able to track my order. I didn't buy directly from them, but they had visibility to my purchase. Amazingly, they shipped a replacement door for FREE! I didn't have to pay for my mistake. Not even shipping. I expected

My contractor installed a Dreamline shower door in my bathroom and I believe the quality is very poor. First, the frame was bent and needed to be replaced. Also, the original handles were rectangular and The edges were sharp, causing me to get cut, so I was charged to get them replaced to rounded ones. Also, the glass had too much of a gap between the base so that water leaked all over the floor. Ultimately, I had to discard it after 2 uses and the company did not stand behind the product.

Just want to thank dreamline for wonderful customer service, we ordered the doors from the Lowe's on Aramingo avenue the doors came defective and one broke called Lowe's and they didn't want to exchange the ($1032) doors for a new set so I contacted dreamline and oh we're they nice!!! The replacement door came on a 18wheeler and though the one part we needed which was not there they overnighted the part my contractor needed and the doors are wonderful!!!! Kudossssss over to Dreamline for great service!!!!
