MBI tree service cut down our neighbor's tree. In the process they removed half of our cedar tree and did not bother to tell us they had done so. Furthermore this company has done nothing to address this property damage despite multiple communication efforts on our part. Luis has not once contacted us to update us on the agreed-upon mitigation (remove and replace the tree). Nothing has been done and nothing is scheduled to be done. It has been 9 months and it is clear that this company has no intention of correcting this issue. Extremely poor communication and total lack of mitigation of damages

Back around the time of the Tornado in Dayton, I saw signs for MBI and decided to have them prune one of my larger trees. MBI came out next day, walked around my property with me and gave me a quote. The next day, they pruned all of the trees and cleaned up my lot in the areas we discussed. In two whole days they were able to quote and do the job. They invoiced me online which made payment a snap! They did a great job. I would definitely go with them again. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was awesome. 5 men arrived with 3 trucks. They cut down 3 big dead pine trees & cleaned up. Only took them about 1hr 45min. They were fast & did a great job cleaning up. They said another crew from the same company would be out later that same day to do the stump grinding, though they didn't end up coming until the next morning. Not a huge deal though because I was home. There was a bit of miscommunication about the stump clean up. Their typical quotes don't include stump clean up, they use a blower to neatly form all the shavings into a pile, but we wanted it scooped up & hauled away

Today I had MBI out to remove 8 rather large trees from my property. I could not be happier with the experience. The work took about 5 hours and they were careful about taking the trees down and cleaning everything up afterward. From estimate to job complete was about 2 weeks and the experience was great. I will definitely recommend MBI going forward and call them if I need help again. Thanks MBI!

Stump Service: was told would be completed on the 7th later that day, and they never called or returned.
Update: left 2 messages and finally reached a lady in office on job being completed Saturday
Update: cashed payment on 10th, and no called no showed on Saturday the 11th as scheduled.
So MBI the balls in your court I selected your company based on the reputation and recommendations from neighbors and military base.
But I doubt any employee

Scheduled free estimate for 7 large trees, brush and logs from past tree's that I had cut down, but could not get rid of myself.
MBI scheduled appt for 08/02/2021. The crew showed up at 8:00AM. They started working after reviewing and confirming what needed to be done.
I thought this would be an All Day Job. They were done by 11:15 AM. Cleaned area worked in. In/Out professional all the way. They even saved two baby squirrels and put them in safe place for mother squirrel to find.
I am very pleased. I would highly recommend MBI tree services to friends and family.

We were EXTREMELY pleased with the work that MBI Tree Service did for us as they removed a huge silver maple tree that was close to our house and correctly pruned several other trees for us. They were prompt, professional, and courteous; they had the proper equipment for the job, and they knew what they were doing. The owner Luis gave us a fair estimate, and he and his crew were so easy to work with. They made sure we were satisfied with the job they did (including the excellent clean up). We would highly recommend this company to anyone!

My neighbor and I had a tree on our property line taken down by mbi..cheaper quote of 2 we got..fast and cleaned up well....totally destroyed both of our yards around the tree they took out..did not use any plywood to protect yards and tree falling damaged ground..they said they would send a crew to fix and never did...so much for cheaper

Absolutely no indication of caution or care to the safety of workers or commuters! This is a main thoroughfare and narrow road to boot. They were parked here for hours. The workers were jumping out in front of cars with no caution or respect for commuters. Police were notified. Truck and trailer doors were flung open and left open. Several

I call the phone number recommended by HomeAdvisor the men said he will see me friday for an estimate friday he called he can not come he will come saturday at 8:30 AM . Give me a quote on his business card , but he has to talk to his boss for scheduling . One week go by nobody call , i have to call the owner on the business card he said he will call me back , he never call back . After three days i call again the number from HomeAdvisor this time the lady pick up ,she said she will call me back she never did . This company waste my time and their time for a bogus estimate . I would not recommend
