For over 50 years, Thomas Kitchens Inc. has been servicing the Kitchen and Bath needs of builders, contractors and homeowners across Northeast Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. Joe Thomas, an enterprising young carpenter, started working out of his parents 2 stall garage fabricating and finishing countertops in the early 1950's.
That was at a time when Laminate and Formica counters were considered "cutting edge". In the mid 1950's, Joe continued to expand service and started hand building custom cabinets on site in his customers' homes. Thomas Kitchens Inc, officially incorporated in 1960, and has been fortunate to have very loyal customers and employees.
Joe continued to successfully grow his business over the decades. More recently, Joe's son Curt took over the day to day management and ownership of the Thomas Kitchen's Franchise. Curt was responsible for developing Pennsylvania's largest kitchen & bath showroom with over 50 decorated kitchens & baths on display.

Salesman was very informative,spent a lot of time with us explaining everything about what we wanted to know about kitchen and all of our choices. After picking a new kitchen out. He came to our house to measure and 1 week later gave us what we thought was a very fair price to have a new kitchen out in our home

Thomas Kitchens review
I waited a week before I left this review to take initial emotions out of it the best I could. The finished product exceeded all my expectations by far! The installers are great and truly talented! The crown molding joints are so perfect it is amazing. A very clean, neat and perfect install with great quality cabinets at a fair price.
That's the good and here is the bad;
Organization, planning and communication is awful. This killed the overall experience with Thomas Kitchens. I called to tell Curt the floor tile was finished and asked when they could come back

Overall, the finished product looks great, but I've given Thomas Kitchens only 2 stars based on two things 1) the lack of professionalism of their sales team, and 2) their antiquated processes. First this is a small local business which is exactly one of the reasons we contracted with them to do our kitchen in our vacation home. We loved the fact that it was a one-stop shop and we didn't have to coordinate with multiple contractors and vendors. They said they could do it all. What we didn't understand was that the business was so small that it had antiquated process and people
