Waste of time. Consumer beware. Being advertised as "certified" should instill confidence, instead they hide the car fax and maintenance reports from you while charging 2k in fees for $550 worth of parts and labor. Sleazy tactics by Dakota and the Sales Manager. You have been reported to BBB and the FTC.

Stay away. They will have one price posted online and will give you a different price in person. It was pulling teeth trying to get them to tell me how much the car was before we test drove it.
Don't tell the salesman how much of a down payment you have because they will try to add a random "certified car" fee to the car that mysteriously matches the amount you are willing to put down. Their certified car label means nothing. They will try to justify the fee by saying their mechanics do a 150 point inspection. Don't fall for it. Every dealership does this inspection FOR FREE

Avoid this place if you can. The salesmen are a bunch of liars. One person that was working with me told me I was approved and could leave with a car that day. He knew in advance how much I had to put down. When I get there he's not there and someone else is taking the sale over, I offered a price 1500 below what they were asking which was high for the car and the miles and they were like we are a no haggle no hassle place our prices are firm. I called in advance to look at a 2014 Chevrolet Impala that was listed on the website for $10277. I drove the hour and and a half to the dealership to test drive the car. I spent a long time with the car and looked at it thoroughly including a long highway drive. I asked several times about the price during my time with the salesman and was told that the price was not negotiable. They illegally submit your credit application to several bureau's multiple time's without letting you know. They lie and tell you things just to bring your credit score down further. I advised the salesman that I was in credit repair and he didn't care! He jokingly lied and said nothing would happen to my credit. Meanwhile my notes for Credit Karma we're going off every time they resent it!! I addressed my issues and concerns to the sales manager to only get excuses!!! I will never recommend or go to this business again!!!!!!

I inquired about a 06 Lincoln MK LT and receive many phots and an email from the manager that said the leather seats were perfect. I flew to Dallas to check it out. The drivers seat was ripped on the seam and pass seat has a golf ball sized hole. I am a Triton tech. This engine had a miss and a hesitation at start from a stop. They would not budge on price. Finally agreed to take it to an expert that certifies Ford/Lincoln warranty work. He found sludge in the top of engine, it failed a 3 minute run-up test and he found body work, signs of abuse and poor maintenance. Told me to run away from it

Friendly staff but the vehicle we bought had axle damage that we found when we went to change out the shocks. We noticed something was off about the tire offset and took it by the dealership. Also we're indications of prior paint repair attempt. The dealer said the car fax was clean and we asked for them to put on lift to ensure no damage to frame. They didn't take us back so we could see and came back and said everything looked fine. Well it wasn't fine. Only had a month and a half. Garaged and driven only a couple of times to work. Then they hit you with- "would you be open to trading it in for something newer with less miles?"
Pretty sneaky! If you get a txt from this person you will know it's a scam.
It turns out I actually WILL BE in the market for a new vehicle soon but I'll bet you can guess which dealership I will NOT be shopping at!
