Went to open the garage door Saturday and found I had a broken spring. Called Jason and left a message that I needed a service call but no urgency because I was able to open it and get the car out. Got an e-mail from Jason later in the day asking for some info about the size of the door and photos if possible. I sent the requested info early Sunday and got a message back that he has the parts and could be there between 9:00 and 10:00 on Monday if that worked for me. He arrived on time and had the door done, checked and did a routine inspection/service of all the door components in under an hour

Had single and double doors installed. The double door has a dent at the top and the handle was installed backwards on the single, which I changed, but needed two screws to complete the change - I have been waiting 4 months for his promised additional two screws (for that handle). Also, and most importantly, most of the people I use (tree guys, carpenters, plumbers and the like) give me a bill - he finished late on a Friday evening and wanted payment on the spot, which I tried to accomplish, but my wife was out of town with the check book. He got very nasty and tainted any chance that I could
