Going with Landmark Home Improvements was the absolute best decision. Brian and his team turned our falling apart 1949 Cape Cod into the most gorgeous, well-built, feels like new home. Brian is extremely communicative, organized, experienced, detail-oriented and cares a lot about meeting and exceeding your expectations. I’d recommend Landmark Home Improvement without hesitation to anyone needing a general contractor. His subs were great too!

Landmark Home Improvements is the consumate contractor for small or large projects. I was impressed with Brian's professionalism, service and knowledge from the initial planning stage through completion. He was flexible, polite and thorough in the estimate, product selection and finishes. Indeed, he masterfully problem solved unexpected and outdated work that lay behind one wall and preserved the rest of the old plaster walls as requested.
