Hi, I'm Kaarlo Jonas, the owner and operator of Pronto Plumbing Service. Pronto Plumbing Service was incorporated in 1996, founded by Jim and Kathy von Mosch. I started working with Pronto Plumbing Service in 1999 and have worked there ever since. I took over ownership there in 2008, when Jim and Kathy were ready to retire.
Another Pronto Club perk is an inspection of your entire home's plumbing. This means that all the toilets, faucets, piping, and any other item that uses plumbing in your home will be checked for leaks and proper operation. From the bathroom to the kitchen and laundry room, we'll inspect all your piping and drains to ensure optimal performance.
We charge a flat rate (per job and depending on the job) upfront before any work is done, plus the dispatch fee for your area. Yes, someone is on call 24/7 for your plumbing emergencies. However, a call on weekdays after 5pm, weekends, and holidays is subject to an additional fee (available here). Yes, we have a one year guarantee on all parts and service supplied by Pronto Plumbing Service.

I called him and explained my issue. He scheduled an appointment for the next day wich was great . Not having water can make life difficult. He showed up fixed the problem and had very reasonable pricing. He called me before coming out and also when the work was finished so I didn’t miss work. The water was back on right away. Very professional and did follow up calls through the whole process. His rates were very fair andI spent less than what I had originally thought it would cost. Will definitely recommend him.
