Thought buying local is better. Bought a new high dollar recliner last year from them. Part broken after 1 month. They did come out said they would order part. Recliner does not work now. Called numerous times and even went there personally. Always someone will be out there Just go to big lots there Qualiy is just as good and the part timer at big lots is probably more concerned about your issue. Never again buy from Rumple

We went to Rumple after a very bad experience with a chain furniture company (ordered and paid for a couch, waited 6 months only to find out they discontinued the couch and would no longer honor our order). We were looking for a very specific type of couch and they worked with us to special order exactly what we wanted. They let us know it would probably be 6 months before it would come in. 2 months later, our couch was delivered and it is perfect! Great customer service! Also LOVE that they will take your old couch when they deliver!

The sign outside the business said, mattress sale. I looked on the website to see what type of sale and prices but it it didn't have any of that information.
