One of the most rewarding aspects of our company is creating a brand new kitchen for our clients. Generally often considered a homeowners nightmare in construction- delays and costs are simplified and eliminated by our team. We generally start out with your budget and help you shop for tiles, vanities, cabinets, appliances, lighting, etc. From there we'll create a free computer model of what your finished project should look like.

I've worked with Marshall and his crew from Garden State Renovations for a number of years now. A few years ago he completed my exterior with vinyl siding and pavers on my patio and porch. Now we're working on adding an extension as well as redoing my kitchen and relocating my bath. The borough where I live is very strict with zoning and impervious coverage stipulations, and these are roadblocks in which I'm not too familiar with.

Marshall was quick to respond and as soon as we had all our materials ready, they started the job! Luis and team were amazing going above and beyond. They did a wonderful job demolishing and remodeling our master bath. We are very happy and would absolutely work with them again on future projects.

We needed our bathroom renovated (gutted!) and had a small window of time to make that happen. Marshall and his crew considered my needs and managed to start quickly and get the job done in a little over two weeks. They were very accommodating. We only have one bathroom and needed our toilet put back in after each work day. They did this for us and we avoided a hefty motel bill. The new bathroom is beautiful and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship. Thank you Marshall, Marcello and crew!

floors and walls as well as building a custom staircase to the basement.
Marshall and his crew of carpenters and painters finished the job at a
reasonable price where my other quotes were substantially higher. I'm happy

It is nice to have finally found a contractor that will show up, listen, and do good work for a reasonable price. Marshall and team did a great job on our basement bathroom. They were professional, easy to work with, and courteous. We are already discussing future projects! Great job, guys!

I had some issues with my New Jersey rental property, specifically it needed a new bathroom and kitchen. Also previous tenant punched holes in the sheet rock walls and scratched my hardwood floors. Marshall and his team made an appointment and actually showed up on time, whereas none of the other contractors I called returned my calls. Marshall spent almost an hour with me detailing what needed to be done specifically suited for a rental property, and under my budget as well.
Two days later I was emailed a professionally typed up free estimate.

Was polite, available, on time. Did excellent work refinishing my deck and. power washing siding. We spoke about gutter cleaning. For whatever reason was not done but he came back promptly and finished job without complaint.
Best of all was reliable. He came when he said- showed up as opposed to other contractors who don’t.
