I called last week on Friday to schedule an install for a dishwasher and he informed me they start early on Monday and will call before 8 am. I said that’s fine. Monday came no call so I figured it would be Tuesday. Tuesday came and again nothing. I called them up and he didn’t even recall talking to me and thought it was my husband. Than saw there was a work order in place but after that I was already upset with there service.

After calling to have a plumber come out I wasn't so sure about going with Block. It was difficult to get them to offer a quote for labor to repair the drain for my sink. The gentleman on the phone explained they had a service charge to come out, and a labor charge per hour, but couldn't tell me an expected quote to install a new drain assembly and reattach my sink. He also couldn't tell me when my appointment MIGHT be, just that they would call when they were on their way.
