Derrick the tech came out to our house found out what was wrong after spending a long time looking at the unit. he gave us a price to fix the system and let us know he would have to order the part. He called in the morning and let us know the part was on delay but that he would come by and get us going with heat. Very professional and nice. The cost was low to compared to what my previous company was charging.

Cheapest prices I could find on a DZ20VC inverter system. Installer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. On the sales said Jeremy was great, answered all my questions and went above and beyond.

I called about the a\c on a newly purchased house not working properly. It was blowing some cool air but then would stop. Tyler came and told me the TXV had gone out on a 5yr old unit. It obviously needed cleaning which he did point out. However he disconnected the A/C part of the unit making cool air non accessible to us at all… now it’s 9pm at night & 80 degrees in this house. Too hot to sleep even with windows open. Plus no way to fix until next week… I will find someone else to fix it. It wasn’t a fire hazard so why turn off the A/C part knowing that it’s gonna get hot inside this

A few weeks ago Pat Green Heating and cooling sealed the ducts in my condo. The people who did the work were very courteous, thoughtful and professional. I would highly recommend not using Pat Green HVAC. I purchased 3 brand new systems costing over $30,000 which included a 12 year warranty on all parts. After 5 years, I was told that there was only a 5 year warranty because the systems were never registered. This was supposed to be done by Pat Green and they forgot! They now tell me this is my problem and it was my responsibility to do something I was never even told about! Highly unprofessional and they do not stand behind their contracts. If you made a mistake, be a reputable company and fix YOUR MISTAKE! Don't blame the homeowner

After discovering mold in my air ducts I decided to replace all of the ductwork with a brand new installation. The guys from Pat Green Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job. They provided me with varied estimates for different materials (ductboard, metal, etc.), broken down and detailed by individual tasks. Their technicians were all very punctual and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and performed high quality work. I'm very pleased with my new ducts!

AMAZING. We were re-roofing a house and we caused an A/C challenge for the folks that we were working for. I called Pat Green Heating and Cooling and were greeted nicely and COMPETENTLY. I was told clearly who the technician would be and when he would show up. Caleb (the technician) called with a 'I am on my way', he showed up BEFORE the window I was given. SWEET!!! He located the problem very quickly, fixed the problem and was on his way. FAST, COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT, REASONABLE!! AWESOME SERVICE!!!!!

Last week I contacted Peaden twice to try to schedule an A/C preventative maintenance call. Both times I was told the person that I needed to speak with was not available and would call me back. Now five business days later no one has returned my calls to schedule the PM work. I guess they don't want new business? Thanks to Pat Green Heating & Cooling for scheduling my PM on the first call, being customer friendly, and for coming out already today to do the maintenance work with a customer-oriented service technician.

Nice job on the installation - great units. Have a problem with the air flow in one of the rooms - mentioned several times - news must not have gotten to Mr Green to handle. Now the company wants to charge me to check out why one of the rooms does not have good air flow. Not the best customer service.
