JR came and quoted my driveway plus several other of my neighbors driveways in our 10,600 elevation high mountain neighborhood as well as the main entrance to the neighborhood. JR and the company did my driveway exactly as quoted for over 12,000 sq ft of drive and actually added a thicker drive than quoted at the two steep slope switchbacks on my long driveway for added strength at no extra charge. Very happy with the job they did on my driveway and the neighbors I spoke to are happy with their driveways as well. Highly recommend.

We did $80,000 of trucking work for this company to pave a sub-division in Fairplay in September 2021. The HOA of that sub-division paid Blacktop in full a week after the job was completed. Bill Carroll, JR (James) Carroll, and Russell have ignored all attempted contact since completion of the project and still have not paid for the trucking service we provided. Please DO NOT trust these people to do your work! They are dishonest thieves!

Mine didn't turn out this way.... as it was suppose to. It was black gravel. They will not return calls or make it right..
I would not recommend them to anyone. JR showed a photo of an asphalt driveway, said it'll be three inches and will look like this... it's awful..

From start to finish, Blacktop + exceeded my expectations. I called three other companies and did not receive any return calls. When I reached out to Blacktop+, JR promptly returned my call, was out for a bid the next day, and we had our driveway sealed the following day. Matt, JR's dad, was delightful and did fantastic job. We are really happy with this family business- they know what they are doing and how to treat customers.

We have been trying to schedule our drive way to be paved by BlackTop Plus for two seasons now. Bill and JR won't answer the phone and won't return calls or even texts. Very unprofessional and if they won't return calls for someone trying to hire them then what do you think they would do to someone who needed warranty repairs. I would not recommend them. Bill you came to my house and told me that you would be paving that week. That was three weeks ago. I have a quote from you dated April 19th, 2020. Estimate number EST0135. Now do you deny knowing me?
