Great selection of lighting but most is quiet expensive. I find the customer service at the large desk area, in the back, to be lacking. Every time I've been in there they almost treat you as if your an inconvenience and disrupting them when your trying to ask a question....that is if your even noticed or asked to be helped. The ladies at the front entrance it the lighting area has always nice and acknowledge when you walk in.

Worst customer service I’ve had in southeast Alabama. Employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. Please consider paying more somewhere else before putting your deposit down with them. In my opinion they are in business because of a lack of competition and their cheap prices are good for builder grade houses.

There is no customer service or willingness to help at this company. I have a small project that they are not even willing to add to a waiting list. They say they are too busy to help and the associates won't even look at what they have in stock in order for me to buy a box and do it myself. I imagine they don't have any business outside of builders. All the sales associates are rude. I've had nothing but horrible experiences here.

They did the tile work in our new build. The tile work is terribleeeeee!! The grout is about 4 direr the colors throughout. It’s uneven which makes it so hard to clean. And overall, it just looks awful. They should be ashamed to be putting this garbage in people’s home and taking their hard earned money. Do not recommend and be careful who you build with in the Enterprise area- chances are they use this company. Trent (their employee) told us our tile work looked great and that it was the best we were going to get.

Probably the worst tile job I have ever seen. I built a house through Gwendolyn Gilley construction ( which is another awful company). The tile work in my shower looks absolutely terrible. Trent is a joke of a representative. He pretty much told us that our eyes must be messed up. I’m not the only house in the landing subdivision that they did the tile for and everyone has had similar results. I would stay far away from this company.

Don’t expect much from this place unless you are a local builder. I placed an order on Tuesday for pick up on Friday. I was assured it would be ready. I gave my phone number so they could contact me if problems arose. When I went to pick up the order, nothing was ready. They had not started building or staining my pieces for my floor. I was terribly disappointed because I purchased my flooring from them and was told they could get the transition strips for me. Needless to say, I do not recommend shopping here unless you’re a member of their good ol’ boy club. One thing I did observe was that

I just want to brag on an associate of Enterprise Wholesale for a moment. My husband and I decided to redo the floors in our home. Trevor was very friendly as well as knowledgeable! I believe he went above AND beyond to meet our needs! He seemed just as concerned with staying in our budget as we were!
