Reaching Higher Tree Care did an excellent job in removing a broken limb from the top of an 80+ foot Ash tree. If not removed, this quite large limb was in danger of falling on and damaging our garage roof. Worked this job into a day when they were in the area within a week of when I called to inquire about our need. Excellent communications and work.

I had a tree that developed a rot problem about ten feet off the ground. Since the upper part of tree was within striking distance of the house there was no choice but to bring it down. I burn wood in the winter and wanted the trunk and larger limbs left on the ground which is exactly what was done. The smaller limbs and branches were removed and the site cleaned up. It was a very nice job.

Had Shane come out and get a quote to have multiple trees removed from my property. Shane and his team showed up and did a great job. Not only did the owner, Shane, show up on time to give me an estimate but he also got me a quote before he left my property. He was extremely professional. He told me when he would show up to do the work and was here at 8am that day with the crew and equipment. The crew were very friendly, talented and diligent. I don't think this company likes small jobs. They were easy enough to contact and they responded right away. However, when I contacted them I got a lead time of 2-3 weeks. I just don't know 2-3 weeks from when because it's currently past 4 weeks and I have heard nothing about when the tree will be done. I guess at this point I should start looking elsewhere because I cannot Park my car on the front of my house in the winter. Yet that's exactly what I must do because the back of my house is inaccessible. That's about all I can say about this company.

I couldn't be happier with the work Shane and his team did. Shane responded very quickly when I was seeking to get a quote. The attention to detail he would put in his emails with the quote as well as the process was just absolutely outstanding.
