2020- The guys at Nesselrodt repaired my compressor in my heat pump and my air conditioner actually works better than when it was new! Henry was great and followed up to be sure everything continued to work.
2016 -Robert at Nesselrodt was wonderful. I called them this morning, they came out right away and fixed the problem with my heat pump. He was so friendly and helpful - it is obvious customer service is important to them. I appreciate the help and the quick service!
