Call any one of our convenient locations to make a truck reservation. You'll need to present a valid drivers license and a credit/debit card or cash when you pick up your rental truck.
Gather all the materials and supplies you need before you start: boxes, tape packing materials, markers, furniture covers and so on. Packed boxes should weigh as much as you can lift without straining - for most, that's less than 40 pounds. Use a wardrobe box to hang clothing, draperies and other fabricks that need to breathe and be kept crease-free.

So my last day was September 20th. I had called Friday the 18th to settle the account. At that time i was asked do you want this card to auto renew " i said NO" we are done on the 20th. So when i called to day to ask how and why I was charged today on the 21st? I was told "it does not matter" its already done? That is call processing payment with out authorization. it 100% matters. RUDE, unprofessional and they don't do what you discuss over the phone. Thank GOD i recorded the call she 3 times said she would not be adding the card to renew, infect she deleted the other cards on the account. Then

Temperature controlled and plenty of units of various sizes everything from a 5' x 5' to a 10 x 30. There is a key pad entrance to get into the building and has security cameras inside and out. Their office is open 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 3pm on Saturday. They now have U-haul truck rental with packing and moving supplies there in the office. They keep it clean and spray monthly for bugs.
