HONESTY!!!. This business is honest with their customers. First off their quote for my garage work was half what the competition was. Secondly, when the tech showed up on time, he called and said I didn't need a spring replacement. And cut my bill in half. Great company. I will recommend them to everyone!!!!

We have called them several times to have the sensor replaced since being installed it has constantly been flashing. We gave to keep it locked so the door doesn't go up and down. They told us that someone would come again and look at it on December 30 in the afternoon and no one showed up. We are still waiting to have the issue resolved.

The owner and crew at Garage Doors plus did a great job with installing our garage doors. The owner was very helpful navigating us through the many door options and features and choosing the right doors for our place. They were prompt in backing up their work when a two of the three rails needed reinforced at the point where they attach at the front wall of the garage. We are pleased with the doors and have had many compliments from the neighbors.
