We engaged AV Architects and Builders to design and build a custom pool house for year-round use. Francisca and her team worked with us closely to design a structure that was exactly what we were hoping for. Once the design was finished, AV was extremely helpful in the selection of materials that suited our taste and budget, and then oversaw construction in an attentive and detailed manner. AV Architects and Builders renovated my home completely. It was a five star experience. What I appreciated the most was the fact that they took full charge of the project from A to Z. I was consulted on major decisions and always kept abreast of any issues that arose. Francisca accompanied me for all purchases i.e kitchen, bathrooms, etc. I would highly recommend them. They are very professional and considerate of budget and time restraints.

We engaged AV Architects and Builders to help us add space to our home for a growing family. While other builders suggested additions, the AV team's creativity showed us how we could reconfigure our layout and free up valuable, unusable space without the need for additions. It was amazing. The money we saved from avoiding expensive additions, was put into upgrading of appliances, flooring,etc. The end result was stunning. AV Architects should be a "must consult" if you're thinking of a home redesign or building project.

AV Architects were responsible for my kitchen renovation 12 years ago. I am constantly amazed at how new it still looks and how well the design works for us. Beauty and functionality together--not a combination that happens without a great deal of thought. Francisca worked closely with me on this project both listening and leading with great suggestions. There are a lot of subtle details I would never have thought of which make a huge difference. At the same time she was very responsive to my desires. Her staff do quality work and she makes sure they are well supervised so there are no mistakes

AV Architects, Francisca and Tony, have assited me over the past 15 years to renovate my home through the different phases of my life. Our first renovation was an amazing great room, sun room and bathroom in addition to siding and a new roof and carport and a spectacular deck that still looks exactly the same so many years later.
