Excellent service by Matt. Just started with a new propane company and learned that our heat source was not working. Matt checked us out and found the problem and had to order a part which came yesterday and he was here today installing it. Just in time for the chilly weather. Very pleased customers.

Matt did a repair on our hot water heater. He did a good job at a fair price. I plan on using him again in the future. If I had known about Lakeside Mechanical when I built our new house, I would have used them for all my plumbing/heating needs. I already recommended them to my daughter and son in law who plan on building a new home later this year.

Work order sent to him thru AHS, had to call him and he told us he can get to us same day due to emergency with no heat in house. Never called back to keep me informed of him showing up or not. I highly don't recommend this company regardless of what work he can do, customer service fails for this company. American Home Shield (AHS) also was notified of this issue.

Very disappointed, I called a week earlier to get an appointment and the day of the appointment he did not show up and he would not even take the phone call. absolutely avoid at all costs!!! irresponsible and untrustworthy. Completely unprofessional!!! Do not waste your time trying to schedule someone who is not even competent enough to follow through on an obligation.
