Love going to Clearwater Custom Pools for my pool care products. The store is very well stocked and they have an amazing well knowledgeable staff to help with any and all pool care needs from parts too getting the right chem balance to get your pool ready for swimming. This store also carries grills and other outdoor decor foe those backyard space needs. Thank you Clearwater Custom Pools for the amazing store yall have here on the northshore.

Salesman Jeff sold me a pool 2weeks ag . Assured me it was in stock. Asked him 3 times. Coming from the warehouse in luscombe. Call me in a week when it arrives. Spent a week digging and leveling site. Finally get the call. Pool is not availabl . Willing to sell me a smaller one for an additional $800. It's now 2weeks later and all I have to show for it is a huge, extremely level bare spot in my back yar . They cant deliver any pool in the size I want. I feel like they never had the pool. Also feel like he wasn't telling the truth. This is the first review I've ever written..

We drove all the way there after calling and being told they had pools in stock. Lie #1 walked in and no one acknowledged us. Finally decided to go outside & look @ pools ourselves. Was asked by a man out there if we needed help. I said yes when you get a minute. He went inside & we never saw him again. Went back inside and Finally someone asked if we needed help. He wasn’t very knowledgeable about the pools but we purchased the top of the line pool (pd in full and i was picking up my pool it was not being delivered for an extra $375) was told they had 3 trucks delivering per week starting next

Not only are the the best Traeger / smoker / bbq dealer on the Northshore, but they also provide the best customer service. Earlier today, I came in the store to buy some of the prized cherry pellets and Traeger grill cleaner (they are the only retailer that keeps these these products in stock). They had enough bags of cherry pellets for me, but it just so happened that they had sold out of the grill cleaner, and wouldn’t get a shipment in for another 2 days. Well I explained to the salesman that I was cooking out for my birthday tomorrow and that I was having my parents over. I told him my grill

My parents picked Clearwater to install their pool. What a great place! Not only can you see products at their showroom but their customer service is awesome. When weather and nature got the best of the pool, my Mom took water samples to Nikki at Clearwater, and they worked together to make the pool look amazing in less than two weeks! The before and after pics tell the story!

While their prices are the lowest, their customer service is lacking. My above ground pool liner ripped. Clearwater Pools only offered one liner. They didn't even show me what it looked like. Their contractor came out, ripped out the old liner, and then told me my walls were off the bottom track due to tree roots. They left a mess and charged me $125. They recommended another contractor. He turned out to be great. However, I had to go back in and buy a liner and "happy bottom." Again, no options. They had to order the happy bottom. The due date for delivery came and went. I was afraid my walls
